Refund policy

Products cannot be returned, only exchanged.

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your product to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and correct it.
